I'm giving these 5 stars even though they are not actually red and they run slightly narrow. Why? Because this is possibly the most beautiful ballet flats I've ever owned, and I've owned a bunch in 59 years.I bought them for "Scarlet Night" aboard Virgin Voyages "Scarlet Lady" during my upcoming cruise to Riviera Maya. They are actually a dark crimson, burgundy or oxblood. They will coordinate with my scarlet red dress, but they don't exactly match red. It's okay, I ordered a back up pair of dressy shoes for that event, but I'm still keeping these gorgeous flats because: 1. My fashion intuition tells me burgundy will be one of the hot colors this Fall.2. This is a color and style that coordinates perfectly with holiday apparel.3. These are just the classiest looking ballet flats I've ever seen.The fit is slightly narrow and I have a slightly wide foot, around my forefoot (toebox area), and often swelling due to diabetic edema. I normally wear a 10 W or 10.5 W. I sized up to 11. They are snug on my currently swollen feet, but still extraordinarily comfortable. The patent leather has give and I can tell they're going to break in perfectly. I will definitely buy a black pair, and possibly taupe/nude.Often, I order from Amazon solely because I know how easy it is to return an item. I fully expected not to like these shoes, but surprise, surprise I love them. So comfy and they are the perfect complement for my 50's wardrobe. From a fancy dress to rolled up jeans these shoes are worth the money.It is very narrow. Probably a triple A narrow. I wish they made it wider. It is classy looking with the square toe.Can wear this shoe during the day or evening. Can dress up or down in this shoe. Recommends for the older lady.I bought these flats at the last minute for a black and white gala where I would be on my feet for 6+ hours as a volunteer. I wisely decided that the heels I planned on wearing would make me miserable. My feet blister easily - even in well-worn shoes. These are the softest patent leather shoes I've ever owned. They have light arch support and they were a dream to wear. I do have one slight blister where the edge of the shoe hits the top of my foot, but it's minimal. The quality, packaging, and look are exactly what I'd hoped for. These shoes will get a ton of wear in the future.These shoes are comfortable, pretty and always the cause of compliments.A bit narrow at the toes.Lots of room for the toes. The bow dresses the shoes up. good wirh dresses and pants.The material is extremely soft to the touch as well as rather appealing. The photo does not do them justice. The low middle and flat design makes them both comfortable and unusual, a combination of dance and fashion shoe in one. They are thin soled so not meant to be worn in rough weather, obviously. They are very easy to put on and stick in position without slipping so highly recommended.These were to make up a wedding outfit and I found a matching fascinator!They are so soft and comfortable.The finish wasn’t quite as high as I expected, as you can see the glue underneath the bow.Be warned these shoes are extremely soft and extremely narrow. They have no support at all. I gave them one star for looks and colour only. My foot is on the narrow side and I found the shoes way to narrow. If you have an average foot don’t waste your time on these shoes. They are very pretty but not worth the money they are asking for them.Sehr wertige, schöne Schuhe.
